About Hospitality Common

Our Vision and Mission

Hospitality Common Inc. (HCI) is a faith-based nonprofit organization providing educational and charitable programs and services for communities with limited access to essential resources. We are devoted to Jesus Christ and committed to the prosperity of every human being, in particular, to those not having a fair opportunity to realize their full potential. We build bridges of hope and opportunity through education, volunteer programs, and service opportunities. We are an inclusive organization committed to serving and partnering with people of all faith traditions as well as those having no faith tradition. We believe every human being, however they identify, is made in the image of God, and, therefore, is to be cherished and treated with the greatest dignity.

Our History

Hospitality Common Inc. has its roots in conversations that began in June of 2017 at the Presbyterian Church in Sudbury, MA. Those conversations have now blossomed into a 501(c)3 faith-based nonprofit organization currently focused on educational programs and immigrant and refugee services. Underlying our mission is a strong commitment to be a connective organization operating in partnership with others. Hospitality Common, Inc. is dedicated to the thriving of those communities that historically have had limited access to resources common to many Americans, particularly urban and minority children and youth, immigrants and refugees.
